Where do you film wedding videos?

I will happily film wedding videos anywhere in the UK. If the venue is within 50 miles of Penrith travel expenses are covered in the prices. If your venue is further away I only ask for a standard level of travel expenses at 0.45p per mile for extra miles away from Penrith.

How long will my wedding video be?

Depending on the package and options you choose, your wedding highlights film will be from 5-40 minutes in length. Please contact me for more info, or head over to the Prices page for more details on this.

Will you be discreet at our wedding?

Yes - the best moments in a natural wedding video are the truly genuine ones where people have been able to get on with the day as they would. I would be doing couples and myself a disservice if I was to be too intrusive.

Can I have any music on my wedding video?

Of course you can have any music on your video - Just be sure to add the USB delivery option and I will be able to use a music track of your choosing.

Do you use drones in your wedding videos?

Yes - weather and venue permission/location dependent. I am a CAA licensed (A2CofC) and experienced drone pilot and know how to capture stunning drone footage.

Do you offer the raw footage?

Yes and no - I can send you through all bits of footage taken on the day that I have clipped and processed to be ‘edit ready’. There will be an additional charge for this which will depend on the package chosen for the day. I won’t send all clips unprocessed though.

How long will it take to receive my wedding video?

Between 4 and 8 weeks.

What happens if the wedding runs behind schedule? Are there additional charges?

My packages allow for about 1 hour of flexibility at the end of the day. Beyond this, additional hours will be charged at £50 per hour.

Can we request specific edits or changes to the final video?

Yes, my packages include 2 hours worth of editing time for changes. If the changes require more hours, the additional editing will be charged at £45 per hour.

How do you capture audio during the ceremony and speeches?

Audio is captured via discreet Sony TX650 recorders. One placed on the groom/one member of the couple and one on the registrar. For the speeches, I place one TX650 on each speaker.

Are you insured in case of any accidents or equipment failures?

Yes I am fully insured and I have backup equipment to ensure that I’m not going to miss anything on your day. If your venue requires certificates of any kind, I am happy to provide these to them.

Can we add additional videography services, such as pre-wedding shoots or engagement videos?

Definitely, contact me and I am happy to arrange capturing something like an engagement shoot prior to the day!

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

On making a booking I will ask for a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount, this is refundable up to 4 months before the day. The final remaining amount is due the day before the wedding and is non-refundable.

Can we provide a shot list or specific moments we want to be captured?

Yes absolutely. If you’d like, you can provide me with a list of some things you’d like to make sure I capture.
